Processing time is 5-8 business days. Please understand that this is fairly quick for a custom item. We do ask though, that you give us the full 8 business days to complete you order before you contact us asking when your order will ship out as we will ship your order out on time (unless there is a catastrophic event beyond our control).

Stopper cards are made from vegan leather, they will never fade, rip, tear, break or crack. They have a very heavy duty look and feel.

Directions on how to order
1. Leave the main “Quantity” as 1 (this should only change if you are purchasing a SMALL number of the 1 piece option from the "Number of stopper" drop-down, meaning less than 5. If this number is 5 or more, you order will be cancelled and you will be asked to repurchase correctly).
2. Choose the total number of pieces you would like to purchase from the “Number of Stoppers” drop-down menu
3. Choose if you would like to add stopper cards
4. Note in the required text box what you would like printed on the cork, the color of stopper and any card info if applies.
5. If you would like a different design as show in photo 4 or 5 (and the card design if applicable), just note the design number in the text box as well.

Why vegan leather for the cards?
- Won't crease, wrinkle, fade, tear, or run. Can easily be sent in the mail without worry of creases or rips.
- Very thick and sturdy when you want to use the stopper to prop them up.
- Variety of colors and finishes.
- Cards are around 3 inches wide x 2 inches tall for rectangle, 2.5 inches wide x 2.75 inches tall for the wine glass shape, flowers and circles are 2.5 inches in diameter, and names are around 1.5 inches tall and length depends on number of letters.
- Vegan leather means no animals were harmed to create this product.

IMPORTANT INFO
To help keep our processing times to 5-8 business days, our workflow efficient, and prices as low as possible please read through the following and know that by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms:
-Our processing time is 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS, however you should always plan on it taking the full 8 business days and never assume it will be done early or arrive early. If you need it sooner, you must upgrade your shipping and processing during checkout.
- Rush Processing is available as an upgrade during checkout (under the shipping tab). However, please ignore the estimated arrival times that Etsy calculates as they do not know how to factor in the rush processing. Rush processing is 3-5 business days and the Express option is the only option guaranteed to arrive by a specified date.
- Proofs must be requested in the text box when checking out, we will not accept proof requests via message after an order has been purchased.
- All estimated ship by and arrival dates are calculated by Etsy and are just that, estimates. If there are no delays with artwork or a proof approval, your order will ship out on time. Any delays within the postal service are beyond our control and if a package is lost or late, please contact USPS directly as we only know as much as you do.
- When in doubt always upgrade to at least the priority option for $9 (this is not rush processing though). Priority packages are always processed through USPS faster even if Etsy doesn’t calculate it that way.
- When providing your own artwork file it must be black and white only (no color or gray) and PDF or vector file format. Anything that is JPG or PNG may not work (they tend to be blurry and pixelated). You can email your file directly to deidra [!at] corkeycreations.com.
- Once your order has been placed, we will not contact you unless we have questions or are sending a proof when requested.
- All order cancellations must be received within 12 hours of purchase.
- Proofs may take up to 5-6 business days and orders without proofs will always ship out faster. Proofs should be reserved to those making major design changes, not to simple name/date changes. All proofs are PDF files, we do not do proofs on the actual corks as this could be wasteful if changes need to be made. Because we only send PDF files, anyone that provides their own artwork should not need a proof as we would basically be sending back the same thing you sent to us.
- If a proof is requested, please understand that in most cases you are viewing on an enlarged scale. All proof files are the exact files we use to produce your order, we do not resize them at all, you are just viewing them enlarged. If you are unsure of the true size your printing will appear, it is always a good idea to print out the proof without adjusting the size at all, that will show you true size.
- To protect our artwork and time, we do not offer proofs until after an order has been purchased. However, if you purchase and request a proof, we will work with you until you are 100% happy with the design before we put anyone on the stopper.
- If you request a significant change to a design and do not request a proof, know that you are trusting us to create the artwork the way we interpret your notes and will create the artwork in a way we feel is best. Refunds and exchanges will not apply if you don't like the way we lay out artwork if no proof is requested.
- We do not offer any exchanges or refunds based on size of text/design. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand the dimensions of our products which are clearly stated in all the listings.
*We ask that you do not take our designs to other sellers to replicate, we have worked hard on these designs and are disappointed to see other shops replicating them.
